The Eugene Field Small Area Plan has been developed through a collaborative partnership involving area residents, the City of Tulsa’s Planning Division, and the Community Action Project of Tulsa County (CAPTC).  The small area plan for the Eugene Field Neighborhood that will be consistent with Tulsa’s comprehensive plan, amended in 2010 through the PLANiTULSA process. CAPTC has hired planning consultants to develop the small area plan.

The plan area is bounded by Southwest Boulevard on the west, the Arkansas River on the north and east and West 25th Street on the south.
